SHIPPING

Most items are shipped Fedex, UPS or trucking company within 2 to 5 business days of your purchase. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  Cushion orders could take 2 - 3 weeks to ship.  In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

WARRANTY

We warrant our furniture with the manufactures back-up warranty. We also warrant that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use.

All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

100% Product Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our product, let us know and we'll make it right. Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges) or credit you for our other items. After 30 days, items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be honored before a product is shipped.  Once the produce has shipped, you can follow the procedures below in our return policy.

RETURNS
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Anderson Teak original boxes and without writing on the box. 

If you are not satisfied with the product, it may be returned in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and re-stocking fee.

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned items (call for details).

Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days only.   After 7 days, there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.

Pictures are required to claim merchandise defective.

We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.

Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through carrier.  Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages.  If there is damage to the box/or pallet, please write damage on the paperwork.  Make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages.

All returned shipments must be freight prepaid and include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.

All cushion orders are final. No return and no refund.
